1.Holdthehandlebarwithbothhands.Useyourfoottopushthereleasethe

foldlocker(A)tounlocktheupright.



  1.Releasethefoldlocker.

2.Lowerthehandlebaruntilitisparallelwiththerunningdeck.



  2.Folddownupright.

3.Turntheconsoletowardsthetopoftherunningdeck.



  3.Turndownconsole.

4.Holdtheendoftherunningdeck(B)withbothhandsandliftituptothe

verticalposition.



  4.Lifttovertical.

5.Steadythetreadmillandturnthefrontfoot(C)90degrees

counterclockwiseuntilitisperpendicularwiththebottomoftherunning

deck.Foldtheinclinationwheels(D)awayinthebottomoftherunning 

deck.



  5.Turnoutfrontfootwhenfoldupandfolddown

wheels.


